DRAGON BIRTHDAY MONTH – 8 YEARS OF GROWTH & INNOVATION

This October, Dragon Corp proudly celebrates its 8th anniversary – a meaningful milestone that reflects eight years of growth, innovation, and shared progress.

More than a celebration, Dragon Birthday Month is a journey across the month, where Dragons come together to reflect on our story, strengthen our connections, and create new memories through a series of meaningful activities.

Dragon Walk (October 2 – October 24)

Kicking off the birthday month, Dragon Walk challenged Dragons to stay active and build healthy habits together through a step challenge on Strava.

Every step taken was not only a move toward better health, but also a reminder that progress is built through consistency and collective effort.

Dragon Innovation (October 1 – October 24)

Dragon Innovation created a space where ideas could be shared, discussed, and tested. Throughout the month, Dragons were encouraged to contribute creative thinking and practical solutions aimed at improving daily work and long-term growth.

This initiative reinforced a core belief at Dragon Corp: innovation starts from listening, experimenting, and learning together.

Dragon Birthday Party (October 24)

The highlight of the month was the Dragon Birthday Party — a joyful moment to look back on 8 years of milestones, celebrate achievements, and express appreciation for every Dragon who has been part of the journey.

Filled with laughter, games, and heartfelt moments, the party brought everyone together beyond work, strengthening the bonds that connect us as one team.

Dragon Charity (October 25)

Closing the birthday month, Dragon Charity focused on giving back to the community. Through meaningful gifts and warm interactions, Dragons came together to share kindness and create positive impact beyond the workplace.
