Who We're Looking For

We seek young, high-potential talents with:
Final-year Students
Final-year students (Marketing, Business Administration, etc.) or less than 2 years of experience.
Qualified Candidates

GPA of 7.0/10 or equivalent, or proven real-world achievements (projects, sales experience, awards).

Bilingual Proficiency
Fluent English proficiency (IELTS 6.0+ preferred).
High Passion
Passionate about Business, or Process Optimization.
Strong Spirit & Strong Mind
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Round 1 – CV Application

Round 2 – Assessment & Interview

Basic skills evaluation + individual interview (prepare a self-introduction and business idea).

Round 3 – Final Interview

Meet our leadership team (prepare a personal development plan). Each round lasts 3-5 days. Get support via email or our fanpage if you have questions.

A blend of theory, hands-on practice in our offices and factory, plus short-term international assignments and networking opportunities.

Phase 1: Orientation (2 months)

• Discover Legendary Dragon: Vision, values, and production advantages.
• Overview of Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments.
• Set your 2-7 year roadmap with 1:1 mentorship.

Phase 2: Intensive Training (4-6 months)

• Business skills: Sales strategies, customer care.
• Operations management: Processes, optimization.
• Soft skills: Communication, problem-solving.
• Lead a small project with mentor guidance.

Phase 3: Real-World Execution (6-12 months)

• Manage a specific department.
• Plan and lead a team based on KPIs.

Phase 4: Wrap-Up (1-2 months)

• Final evaluation by leadership.
• Appointment to a management or specialist role based on performance and preference.
